Delayed loan payment
Consequences regarding delay in site registration Qn. Sir,I have entered into an agreement for purchase of site in a Layout at . Both parties have entered into agreement with mutual dates agreed for registration on . However the property regisration is getting delayed and seller has informing that the delay is due to necessary approvals required Urban development authority. I expected another 6 months delay in regisration. I also have one query that If any unexpected happens to the seller, is the agreement valid.
